Please take the time to read our terms and conditions before placing your order; our aim is to provide quality goods with a pleasurable shopping experience that leaves all parties happy.

These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods available through this website by you (the customer). We are CraftNutter trading on this website as CraftNutter Supplies of 9 Church Close, Shawbury, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY4 4JX, e-mail address of '[email protected]' and telephone No. 07712 763476. By ordering goods, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

When an order is received you will receive a confirmation e-mail, this is purely to indicate that we have received your order and does not form a contract between us. A contract will exist when we confirm that the order has been dispatched. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. This term is included for the rare cases we may have made a mistake in pricing or stock availability.

In order to contract with CraftNutter you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

How to place an order

Please browse our website and add any items you wish to purchase to the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping click on checkout where you will be able to review your basket and make any amendments. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.  

Pricing & Payment

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

We are not VAT registered and hence no prices listed on this website include VAT. This will be subject to change according the trade limits as set out by HMRC.

Payment is to be made at the time of our Shared SSL checkout using debit or credit cards accepted by our payment providers (the icons for which are displayed at the bottom of all our web pages). Currently this is 'Stripe' payments who are fully compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).


We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, however every effort will be made to send orders made by 2pm on the same working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). We will always send an e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

UK Postage - we use Royal Mail for most of our orders. For larger orders we may source an alternative courier but will keep you informed.

Our charges are as follows:

Up to £50          £2.99         

Up to £100        £4.99

Over £100         Free

Fair Postage Policy

One of our pet hates is ordering something on the internet and paying an unreasonable amount for delivery which by no means reflects the true cost.

We promise that any orders costing less than £2 to  post will receive a partial refund.

Please note that Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery times are not guaranteed. Usually 1st class should take 1 to 2 working days and 2nd class 3 to 5 working days.

If you require your order next day, please contact us before checking out and we will list a custom order to include next day delivery.

Missing deliveries Royal Mail - As it is not possible to track the deliveries, it may be necessary to wait 10 working days after the order should have been delivered before it can be assumed that the delivery is missing. Please allow 12 (1st class) & 15 (2nd class) working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel not arriving.

Please remember to allow a little extra time around Bank Holidays and busy seasonal times of year.

International delivery - currently we do not have international delivery set up, however please contact us if you wish to have items delivered internationally and we can set up a custom order for you.

Please note the responsibility for any customs charges in the customers country lies solely with the customer.

Returns, Refunds and Complaints

We strongly recommend that you thoroughly check your items before cutting or processing in any way as any items that are cut or processed will be deemed accepted by the customer and cannot be returned.

Distance selling regulations state that online customers have a right to cancel and must receive a 14 day cooling off period from the day the product(s) are delivered, our policy is in line with these regulations.

If you decide you do no longer want an item you must inform us within 14 days of receipt (please use the contact us page) you must then return the item within 14 days of informing us of your intent to return.

Any return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty in which case we will cover the return costs.

Please make sure that you enclose in your return, a note of your name, address, purchase date and order number.

Please ensure that any product packaging is returned. Please ensure the product is adequately packaged to avoid damage. We retain the right to charge for lost value if an item is not packaged properly.

We also recommend that proof of postage is obtained when returning goods.

Please note if you paid standard delivery when you bought the item this will be refunded. If you paid for a more expensive delivery option then delivery will only be refunded at the standard delivery rate.  

Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the return subject to the above, but will usually be made much quicker.

Complaints -  Should you be unhappy in any way with any aspect of the service or products you receive from us then please contact us and we will do everything reasonable to resolve any issues.

Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the website or any information contained therein. You should be aware that you use the website and its content at your own risk.

We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms and Conditions.

We only supply goods for domestic and private use. We make no warranty or representation that the goods are fit for commercial, business or industrial use of any kind (including resale). We will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, interruption to business or for any loss of business opportunity. 

Privacy & Cookies Policy


In order for us to process your order and to provide the best level of service, it is necessary for us to collect and store a certain amount of personal information, this includes your name and address, email and telephone contact details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent and we never pass on this information. We do not sell or give information to 3rd parties, the only communications you will receive from us will relate directly to your orders.

Any errors will be corrected as soon as possible once they are identified.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Please note we have made every effort to accurately photograph colours on this website, however, the colours on this website will be affected by the settings of the PC monitor on which they are viewed. Also dye lots may mean slight changes of colour should you make repeat purchases of any of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law.
